Debbie has been a physical therapist for over 25 years and has loved treating the physical body. Completing yoga training has strengthened her love for alignment and posture through the physical practice and feels she can fully pass on the benefits of yoga incorporating the mind, body and spirit. Debbie has been practicing various yoga practices through the years and loves all forms. In her spare time, she loves to be active outdoors, travel and spend time with her family and dog.
